Contract Fell Short.....Start Again

Well, the deadline for the finalization of the contract was 6:00pm, and that has long come and gone. So I guess we will start over, with the trying to sell this house...I am nervous and anxious to try and sell this house, and to top things off, I looked out my window tonight, and our terrible neighbor to the south put her house up for sell. She is selling it by owner, piggy-backing her way off of our realtor....I can't stand that lady. This is the same neighbor who stole our daughter's kid gate, which I got back by the way! How bitter I am towards her.
