October Fun

Fall is really nice in Georgia. There was the ZIP line at Judd's house when we were watching the kids for Judd and Steph. There is plenty of time spent out in our back yard doing sooooo many things. Anna and Cole seem to be the best of friends and can play out back for hours together usually without fighting. We are enjoying this as we know this may not last forever, but hope that they will always be good together.

Beautiful Day

We went to Hollbrook Pond this morning while Lori took a well needed rest. We looked for "alligators" but thank goodness there were none out today. We had alot of fun for a few hours. The pictures of Cole and Dad are pictures that Anna took.....she is quite the photographer.

Trip from Hell

What can I say, how many times and for how long can a family be stranded? Let's just say that we finally got all our bags delivered to us and we finally made it home! We had lots of quality time in the airport in Dallas. Thank heavens for the USO!!!!!!

Utah Trip

We all went out to Utah this last weekend for a suprise birthday party for my Grandma Barratt. At 89 she looks great and really never seems to age. She and my Grandfather (the recepient of two silver stars and a bronze star from WWII) are what got this whole thing started. The one thought that I had during the program for my Grandma was how she and my Grandfather made each grandchild think they were the one and only and for sure the favorite. That is what I have always felt. It was amazing to see all the grandkids and all the success that everyone is having in life. Quite amazing!!!!! We had so much fun this weekend. The time we spent at Grandma Jane's was wonderful. My mom is the best and she is always there for us!

Park City was fun!

Fishing

Beautiful morning just off the sound near Savannah, GA
Could anyone think I could fish without a diet coke????
Judd would not touch these sharks......what the heck?

Judd and I went out with John Batts who took us out on his boat to go fishing in the salt rivers and ocean off of savannah. It was a lot of fun and we caught quite a few little 12 inch baby sharks that were quite interesting. The day was slow as we could not catch any bait due to the huge storm the night before so we were regulated to strait line fishing and no trolling for the larger ocean fish. We had a lot of fun and it was nice to spend the day on the salt rivers and ocean.
